Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Spread the cubed squash on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toss with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and tender.
