Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- 2. Toss the butternut squash cubes with melted butter, salt, black pepper, parsley, and honey in a large bowl.
- 3. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4. Spread the squash out in a single, even layer and roast for 30 to 45 minutes, or until fork-tender and lightly browned.
