Roasted Butternut Squash

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a baking sheet.
- Place the butternut squash on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Spread the squash into an even layer and roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add garlic, and toss the squash.
- Return to the oven and roast until soft, about 10 to 20 minutes longer.
- For more browning, move the oven rack near the broiler and broil for 1 to 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
