Ingredients

The steak

  • 2 pounds grass fed t-bone steaks

The seasoning

  • to taste Diamond Crystal kosher salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • to taste Arizona Dreaming seasoning or your favorite dry rub

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and Arizona Dreaming seasoning, then vacuum-seal them.
  2. Store the seasoned steaks in the fridge overnight.
  3. The next day, preheat your SousVide Supreme to 130°F for medium-rare steaks.
  4. Place the vacuum-sealed steak packets in the water bath for about 2 hours.
  5. Remove the steaks from the bath and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
  6. Grill the steaks over high heat for about 1 minute 30 seconds on each side to achieve a nice sear.
