Instructions
- Dry the steaks and season them generously with salt and pepper.
- Vacuum seal the seasoned steaks and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Preheat the SousVide Supreme to 130°F for medium rare.
- Once preheated, submerge the steaks and cook for 7 hours.
- After cooking, remove the steaks from the bags and dry them off.
- Use a kitchen torch to char the exterior of the steaks.
- Finish with a sprinkle of Aleppo pepper finishing salt before serving.
