Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper before vacuum sealing it.
- Cook the sealed steak in the SousVide Supreme at 130°F for 30 hours.
- Remove the steak from the bag and dry it off.
- Heat lard in a cast iron skillet on high heat.
- Sear the steak for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
