Instructions
- Cut off the top of the apple and slice to create the top of the sandwich.
- Make another slice for the bottom of the sandwich.
- Use a small round cookie cutter to remove the core from each slice.
- Spread nut or seed butter on the bottom slice.
- Optionally, add raisins on top of the nut butter.
- Place the top slice of the apple on the sandwich.
- Secure the sandwich with toothpicks if desired.
- Spritz with lemon juice to prevent browning.
