Cinnamon Apple Toast

Instructions
- Slice the apples into ½-inch slices and sauté them in coconut oil or butter with a pinch of salt until tender.
- Toast the sourdough bread while the apples are cooking.
- Once the apples are tender, add cinnamon (or other spices) and cook for another minute.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the apples, stir, and let them caramelize briefly.
- Spoon the warm apples over the toast, allowing the drippings to moisten the bread. Optionally, spread almond butter on the toast before adding the apples.
