The Icing

Instructions
- Mix flax, almond meal, nutritional yeast, maple syrup, milk, vanilla, and pumpkin in a deep dish and refrigerate.
- Chop apples and melt coconut butter in a pan over low heat, then add water, apples, and cinnamon, covering to cook until soft.
- Remove the French toast mixture from the fridge and dip slices of bread into it, then cook on a griddle until browned on each side.
- Prepare the icing by warming all icing ingredients together until melted and combined.
- Serve the French toast topped with sautéed apples and drizzle with icing.
