Grilled Brie and Apple Sandwich

Instructions
- Combine diced apple, maple syrup, vinegar, powdered ginger, and water in a small pot and bring to a boil.
- Simmer the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes, then drain the apples and mash them to form a coarse paste.
- Spread the apple chutney over two slices of bread, then layer with Brie and turkey if using.
- Top with the remaining two slices of bread.
- In a pan or griddle, melt butter and cook the sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
