The creamy sauce

chicken broth

fresh sage, diced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish with ghee.
- Spread the shredded potatoes in the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the onion and spinach and make the sauce by blending all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- After 10 minutes, remove the baking dish and add the onion and spinach.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the mixture and mix well.
- Add the sausage links on top and return to the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
- Optionally, broil for the last 3-4 minutes to brown the sausages.
- Remove from the oven, top with chives if desired, and let cool before serving.
