Citrus Chicken Quinoa Salad

Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package directions and let it cool in a large bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add chicken and garlic, and cook until chicken is done, about 8 minutes.
- Combine cooked chicken, oranges, and avocado with the quinoa and stir to mix.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 4-5 days.
