Light and Easy Cauliflower Gratin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place cauliflower florets in a 9 x 9 baking dish.
- Whisk together half & half, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg, then pour over the cauliflower.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake until the cauliflower is tender, about 40 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle with shredded Havarti cheese and breadcrumbs, and lightly spray with oil.
- Bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or broil for a minute for a browned top.
