Easy Cauliflower Gratin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Steam the cauliflower in a pot with a mesh steamer basket for 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
- Spread the steamed cauliflower in an even layer in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for a minute.
- Whisk in the flour and cook until it darkens slightly.
- Add the milk and cook until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheese and spices.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the cauliflower and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
