Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray.
- Add the diced sweet potatoes to the slow cooker.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the sweet potatoes.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and cayenne pepper over the potatoes and toss to coat.
- Dot the top with butter cubes.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
