Crockpot Sweet Potatoes
Instructions
- Wash the sweet potatoes under running water and scrub away any dirt.
- Use a fork to prick holes at least ΒΌ-inch deep into the skin of each sweet potato.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker without drying them.
- Cover the slow cooker with a lid and set it to low for 5 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Cook the sweet potatoes undisturbed until they are tender.
- Carefully transfer the cooked sweet potatoes to serving plates, slice them open or cut in half, and dress as desired.
