Instructions
- Wash the sweet potatoes under running water and scrub them to remove dirt.
- Poke holes in each sweet potato using a fork, creating ΒΌ-inch deep vent holes.
- Pour water into the bottom of the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
- Stack the sweet potatoes on the trivet as needed.
- Secure the lid on the Instant Pot, ensuring the vent is in the sealing position.
- Set the Instant Pot to Manual High Pressure for 18 minutes.
- After cooking, allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove the lid and transfer the sweet potatoes to serving plates.
- Slice the sweet potatoes down the center and fluff the insides with a fork. Dress as desired and serve warm.
