Instructions
- Wash the sweet potatoes and trim any rough spots.
- Place the trivet, water, and sweet potatoes in the Instant Pot without overlapping.
- Lock the lid and close the vent valve.
- Set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
- After cooking, allow a natural release for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure and remove the lid.
