Instructions
- Add water to the inner liner of the pressure cooker.
- Set the trivet or rack into the pot.
- Scrub the sweet potatoes with a vegetable brush.
- Measure the circumference of the sweet potatoes at the widest part.
- Place the sweet potatoes on the rack in the pot and close the lid, setting the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Select the cook time based on the circumference of the sweet potatoes.
- After cooking, let the pot sit undisturbed for 10 minutes for natural release.
- Release any remaining steam and check for doneness with a knife.
- Remove the sweet potatoes, slice the skin, and add toppings as desired.
