Instructions
- Fill the Instant Pot with water and place the trivet inside.
- Poke the sweet potatoes with a fork and place them on the trivet.
- Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to Sealing.
- Cook at high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes.
- Release any remaining pressure and remove the lid.
- Use oven mitts to take out the sweet potatoes and serve.
