Instructions
- Wash and pat dry the sweet potatoes.
- Place a trivet in the Instant Pot and add the water.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes on the trivet.
- Lock the lid and set the cooking time to 18 minutes with the pressure valve set to sealing.
- After cooking, let the pressure come down naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Remove the lid and transfer the sweet potatoes to a serving plate.
