Instructions
- Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into rounds or cubes.
- Combine water and cornstarch in a bowl and stir.
- Add the sweet potatoes, cornstarch mixture, salt, spices, and sugars to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours, stirring halfway through.
