Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet or pot at medium-high heat and add the butter.
- 2. When the butter is melted, add the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, white sugar, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla. Stir until the sugar melts but avoid overcooking.
- 3. Once the glaze thickens, add the drained sweet potatoes and stir gently.
- 4. Remove the pan from heat and let cool before serving.
