Easy Instant Pot Sweet Potatoes

Instructions
- Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
- Place the trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot and add the cup of water.
- Place the sweet potatoes on top of the trivet.
- Seal the pot and cook for 15 minutes on Manual > High Pressure Cooking.
- Allow the steam to release naturally for 10 minutes after cooking.
- Open the pot and remove the sweet potatoes with tongs.
- Allow the potatoes to cool, slice them in half, and serve with your favorite toppings.
