Asparagus Snap Pea & Radish Salad

Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the asparagus for 2-4 minutes until tender, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces and place them in a salad bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking or shaking all dressing ingredients together.
- In a large bowl or platter, combine the asparagus, snap peas, radishes, feta cheese, olives, and dill.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss well, and serve.
