Asparagus Salad

The salad

asparagus, tender parts, chopped into 1-inch pieces

frozen peas, thawed

The dressing

Instructions
- Blanch the asparagus in salted boiling water for 1 minute, then transfer to ice water to stop cooking.
- Drain the asparagus and dry it with a kitchen towel.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the asparagus and peas to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a platter, drizzle with avocado dressing, and top with radish slices, pine nuts, feta, and herbs.
