Asparagus Salad

Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and blanch the asparagus for 2 minutes until bright green, then shock in ice water.
- Drain the asparagus and pat dry, then transfer it to a large bowl or platter.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, red onions, and peas to the asparagus.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Top the salad with crumbled feta and fresh basil leaves.
