Ingredients

The chicken

  • 5 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs

The garlic butter

  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • to taste freshly cracked pepper
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Melt the butter in a bowl and mix in minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
  4. Slice the lemon and scatter the slices around the chicken.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
  6. Drizzle baking juices over the chicken and sprinkle with remaining parsley before serving.
