Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spray a 12-inch cast iron skillet or 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking oil spray.
- Add the sliced potatoes to the pan or skillet.
- Combine milk, broth, heavy cream, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and drizzle over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and add chunks of cream cheese throughout the potatoes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese and crumbled bacon on top, then cover with foil.
- Bake covered for 60 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until the top is browned and potatoes are soft.
- Cool before serving.
