Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to Saute and add olive oil and ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Add chopped onion, sliced celery, and crushed garlic, and cook for two minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pot.
- Seal the pot and set it to Manual for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally for about 10 minutes before opening the lid.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
