All-Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients

The fruit

  • 1 piece ripe peach (skin removed, diced)
  • cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ¾ cup mandarin orange segments

The juice

  • 1 cup fruit juice of choice (orange juice recommended)

Instructions

  1. Divide the orange segments, blueberries, and peaches equally among 7 or 8 dixie cups or 6 standard-sized popsicle molds.
  2. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of the molds and fill with the juice of your choice.
  3. Place the molds close together in a loaf pan or small pan and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Remove the popsicles from the dixie cups and enjoy immediately. Store any leftovers in a freezer-safe bag.
