Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Scrub, peel, and cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
- Drain the potatoes and place them in a large bowl.
- Season the potatoes with salt, paprika, creole seasoning, garlic, and bell pepper if using.
- Add the melted butter or olive oil and mix everything together.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes until browned and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
