Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Dice the potatoes into uniform pieces.
- Combine all ingredients on a parchment lined baking sheet and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 500°F (260°C) and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, checking for crispness.
