Oven Roasted Potatoes

The seasoning

extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
- Scrub the potatoes under running water and pat them dry.
- Cut the potatoes into roughly 1-inch cubes.
- Transfer the cut potatoes to a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes out into a single layer with cut-sides touching the pan.
- Bake at 425ºF for 20 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until fork-tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
