Instructions
- Bring a medium-large pot of water to a boil.
- Cut the potatoes into ¼"-½" cubes.
- Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Drain and rinse the potatoes in cool water.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the diced onion and cook until softened.
- Add the potatoes in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes without touching them.
- Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce.
- Flip the potatoes carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Test for doneness and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve immediately.
