Instructions
- Combine flaxseed, water, and banana in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil, vanilla, and almond milk, then whisk together.
- Mix in whole wheat and oat flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until combined.
- Heat a skillet and brush with olive oil, then pour in batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve with maple syrup, banana slices, and/or pecans.
