Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Prepare the bruschetta by chopping all the veggies and placing them in a bowl.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then transfer them to a baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for about 25 minutes, until fully cooked.
- At the 20-minute mark, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the chicken.
- Plate the chicken, add bruschetta on top, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
