Instructions
- Blend the cashew milk, coconut milk, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chia seed meal, and fresh spinach until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the blended mixture with cooked quinoa, raw broccoli, and raw corn or the sauteed onions and celery.
- Pour the mixture into a large rectangular baking dish.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
