Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, coconut oil, liquid stevia, almond extract, and honey/agave.
- Beat the mixture with an electric mixer.
- Add the almond butter, sea salt, cinnamon, coconut flour, quinoa flakes, baking powder, and baking soda to the mixture.
- Beat again until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped or slivered nuts.
- Fill unbleached paper muffin cups about ¾ full.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
