Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
- Make the crumble topping by mixing all its ingredients until crumbly.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt, then set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetener, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin tin and sprinkle with crumble topping.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar with water and drizzle over muffins once cooled.
