Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour and baking soda in a medium bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, mix eggs, honey, and vinegar.
  3. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  4. Scoop about ¼ cup of batter into a paper-lined muffin pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15-17 minutes until slightly browned around the edges.
  6. Cool in the pan for ½ hour before serving with butter and jam.
