Easy Hamburger Soup

Magic Mushroom Powder or Diamond Crystal kosher salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large stockpot or dutch oven over medium-high heat and add the ground beef and onions.
- 2. Sprinkle on the Magic Mushroom Powder or salt and cook until the beef is no longer pink and the onions have softened.
- 3. Stir in the tomato paste and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- 4. Add the potatoes, canned tomatoes, and broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
- 5. Stir in the dried oregano and bay leaf, then cover and bring to a boil.
- 6. Once boiling, reduce the heat to maintain a simmer and skim off any scum.
- 7. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- 8. Add the frozen vegetables and simmer for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through.
- 9. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
