Easy Hamburger Soup

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef.
- Remove the browned beef and set aside.
- Add diced carrots, onions, celery, and garlic to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return the ground beef to the pot and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
- Add elbow macaroni and simmer for an additional 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in frozen peas and chopped parsley, then simmer for 5 more minutes until heated through.
