Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼–½ teaspoon cayenne pepper or ground chipotle powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon flour or ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the heat by adding more cayenne if desired.
  3. Pour the hot sauce into a bottle or jar, seal it, and refrigerate.
