oil (to brush on top before baking, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the red sauce and/or cream sauce if needed, and wash and chop the vegetables.
- Place one wrapper on your workspace and brush it with water, moistening the edges.
- Add a spoonful of red sauce in the center of the wrapper, then add spinach, mushrooms, and cream sauce.
- Place a second wrapper on top and press down the edges with a fork, using more water if needed.
- Repeat the process until all wrappers are used.
- Place the filled wontons on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and brush with water or oil.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until browned around the edges, serving with more red sauce for dipping.
