Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees.
- If using, inject the turkey breast with the marinade.
- Drizzle the turkey with olive oil and season it, rubbing the spices into the skin.
- Place the turkey breast in the smoker and smoke for 3 hours.
- Increase the smoker temperature to 350 degrees and cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, which may take 1-3 additional hours.
- Allow the turkey to rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
