Instructions
- Prepare the turkey by removing it from packaging and placing it on a baking sheet.
- Brine the turkey breast for around 3-4 hours, then remove excess moisture.
- Let the turkey sit in the fridge for at least three hours or overnight to air-dry.
- Preheat the smoker to 250℉/120℃ using your choice of wood.
- Season the turkey breast with spices and drizzle with oil.
- Place the turkey breast directly on the smoker racks.
- Cover the smoker and smoke the turkey for about 90 minutes, moving it around for even cooking.
- Check the internal temperature, ensuring it reaches 165℉/75℃.
- Remove the turkey from the smoker and serve with cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes.
