Ingredients

The base

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups Mexican rice
  • 1 cup lentil walnut taco meat
  • 1 cup black beans

Toppings

  • 1 each avocado
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup Spicy Cilantro Cream

Optional toppings

  • 1 each jalapeño
  • 1 each cilantro
  • 1 each lime
  • 1 each shredded cheese or cheese sauce
  • 1 each hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Load each bowl with ¾ cup of cabbage, ½ cup of rice, ¼ cup of taco meat, and ¼ cup of beans.
  2. Top each bowl with ¼ avocado, 2 tablespoons of salsa, and 2 tablespoons of spicy cilantro cream.
  3. Add any additional garnishes you prefer and enjoy!
