Instructions
- Line the bottom of four individual bowls with 1 cup of chopped lettuce each.
- Add ½ cup of prepared Spanish rice into each bowl.
- Add ½ cup of black beans or black soybeans to each bowl.
- Place ¼ of the avocado slices into each bowl.
- Add ¼ of the tomato slices into each bowl.
- Add 1 sliced radish into each bowl.
- Place ¼ of the sliced red onion into each bowl.
- Top each bowl with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, shredded cheese, cashew cream, and a quarter of lime.
- Serve each bowl with 1 ounce of corn tortilla chips.
- Serve immediately or prepare for meal prep in individual glass dishes.
