Instructions
- Start by layering ¾ cup of shredded lettuce, ½ cup of rice, and ½ cup of vegan carnitas at the bottom of each bowl.
- Add ¼ cup of black beans and ¼ cup of fajita veggies on top.
- Finish by topping each bowl with ¼ cup of guacamole, ¼ cup of corn salad, and ¼ cup of salsa.
- Add any additional garnishes you prefer and enjoy!
